1992 was the commemorative year for us Kiminari Onozato and Fireworks Photo Library. At last we make photo collection book that only fireworks photograph known to the public for the first time in the world. Off course there were some photo collection books or exhibition about fireworks subject. But unfortunately, almost of them were avant-garde or abstract style. It was too differ from fireworks we had seen with the naked eye. Appreciate fireworks art maden by pyrotechnist through photograph long time, such my wish has come true as maiden works "Hanabi-Sanka".
Fireworks are instantaneous art and unique, If same shell never again same bloom. Though all of works in this collection, I must never take same photograph. This collection contain plenty of my favorite works taken during about ten years retroactive to 1981.
I am sure this book remind readers of their hearty memories about fireworks .
